Terms for beat makers
By putting a beat on sale on Dynasty Haiti you agree to the following. It is a contract between you and Dynasty Haiti; it protects you, the artists who buy, and the platform.
1The beat is yours
You warrant that you made the beat (or hold every right to it) and that it contains no sample, melody, lyric or recording belonging to someone else without written clearance. If anyone claims the beat, you are liable, not Dynasty Haiti.
2You set your price and your share
You choose the US-dollar price of each licence level and the publishing share you keep on the artist’s song. The buyer sees both before paying. You may change them at any time; a licence already sold keeps the price and share of its day.
3The standard licence
Every sale uses the standard Dynasty Beats licence (BASIC, PREMIUM or EXCLUSIVE), in two PDFs, Creole and English. You cannot add terms of your own. An EXCLUSIVE sale takes the beat off sale for everybody, for good.
415% commission and payment
Dynasty Haiti keeps 15% of every licence sold. The rest is credited to your balance at once and withdrawn like music sales (MonCash, Natcash, bank). If a sale is refunded, the credit is taken back from your balance.
5Preview and files
We make an MP3 preview with a voice tag for public listening. The clean files (WAV, MP3, stems) stay in the private vault and only leave for somebody who pays a licence. We use your beat for nothing else.
6We may take a beat down
Dynasty Haiti may hide a beat from the market on a claim, an uncleared sample, a cover that is not yours, or a breach of the site’s rules. You get an e-mail with the reason and can reply. Licences already sold stay valid.
7Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on what you earn. The list of every licence you sold is in your Studio.
8Changes
We may update these terms. For an important change we tell you by e-mail before it applies to new sales.
You accept these terms when you publish your first beat. The date is written on your account.
